New Jersey governor, Jon S. Cozine today signed into law a new law that bars life insurance companies operating in NJ from denying coverage based on the prospective life insured's travel.
With the passage of this law, the state of NJ joins CN, MD, NY, FL, WA, IL, and CA in prohibiition of u/w discrimination based on travel.
